Eden Holidays Ev - Munnar

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, appreciated its nice location near to munnar, the town centre, and the restaurant. Our room was large and provided with bathroom and fan, as for instance as expected.

The rooms on the lower floors are very clean and there are some great deals available.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the main city centre and between two hills, providing a beautiful view. it was impossible to eat in the restaurant, which only offered limited and oily breakfast, and had poor service. We had to eat in other restaurants nearby. the administration was pro-active, and the cleanliness, room size and charge-free room service were positive aspects.

The hotel lacked attentive staff that kept noise levels down, making it difficult to sleep, especially for senior citizens.

The complementary breakfast was okay and the pool area was clean and well maintained. the location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and there was a stunning view from our balcony.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, and we had to ask for a fan.

I loved the authentic Indian breakfast at Eden Holidays Ev, it was delicious! The staff, especially Raj at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. Despite a few noise disturbances from other guests, the location and ambience were great.
